2017-2019 Patch-burn grazing pollinator study, southwest North Dakota

144 bee transects sampled 3x per season. All bees within 1 m of transect touching reproductive parts of flowers were captured, killed, labeled. All flowering stems within 1 m of transect were counted at the end of each bee sampling.65 ha pastures divided into four burn units. 1/4 of each pasture burned in 2016, 2017, 2018.<br>Processing is minimal, just data cleaning. Tab "TransYR.bees.flowers" is data summed for each transect-year (i.e., transect 1- year 2017 = 1.2017). Columns ACHMIL through VICAME for both tabs are number of flowering stems with 1 m of transect by species. TimeSinceFire categories are: unburned, 0 = burned previous fall, 1 = burned one-year before data collection, 2 = burned 2 years before data collection. Flower in "bee_obvs" tab is which flower the bee was caught on. Honey bees are exlcuded from bee total and bee species richness columns.
