National Soil Erosion Inventory (2002-2019). Erosion laminar and in waterways
收藏资源简介:
This Inventory aims to locate, quantify and analyse the evolution of erosive phenomena, with the ultimate aim of delimiting as accurately as possible the priority areas of action in the fight against erosion, as well as to define and assess the actions to be carried out, within the plans and programs whose preparation also attributes the Royal Decree 500/2020, of 28 April, which develops the basic organic structure of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, and amends Royal Decree 139/2020, of 28 January, establishing the basic organizational structure of the ministerial departments. From the quantitative and qualitative points of view, surface water erosion of the type laminar or in watercourses is the one that is most interested in its influence on the degradation of natural systems, the loss of productivity of the land and the alteration of hydrological processes, especially when considering the accelerated erosion anthropically, caused mainly by the rotting of sloped land and the indiscriminate application of inappropriate agricultural practices, which is the one that causes the large losses of soil. The main objective of the work was to obtain a mapping of current quantitative levels of soil losses due to surface water erosion of the type laminar or in waterways, through the application of the RUSLE model (Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation, Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation), because it allows to determine the losses that are caused in the soil in an objective way from the calculation of the different factors involved. In laminar erosion and in rivers, the territory is classified according to qualitative levels of soil loss.
