Transcriptomic profiling of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum tuberous roots

the transcriptomic changes along with season changes in the fully developed tuberous roots of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum. the goals are to study the changes of the expressional levels of genes in family of starch and sucrose metabolism, secondary metabolism, and hormones, these are the main factors effecting on root development and accumulation of some medicinal components. the results will be used to breed and cultivation of this plant.
