Updated Spatial Models of Tick Vectors Ixodes ricinus and Ixodes persulcatus. Abstract: Ensembled spatial models were produced for Ixodes ricinus ( allixric1xybal40kjul23MEANbrtrf.zip) and Ixodes persulcatus (ergopersulcatusmodelpresabsmay23.zip)by combining Random Forest and Boosted Regresion Trees spatial modelling outputs, implemented using the VECMAP modelling suite, using a standard set of covariates including Fourier Processed Remotely Sensed environmental variables, land use proportions, human population and elevation.
