Data and script for Parametric formula for guiding through biodiversity indices

Data concern bat communities in the Selva Lacandona of Chiapas, Mexico. They include a phylogenetic tree and a table with three morphological traits: head-body length, tail length, ear length. Scripts allow to analyze morphological diversity and phylogenetic diversity in four habitats along a gradient of disturbance.
