Leucaena leucocephala (Lamarck) de Wit was used as the material. On the 21st day after sowing, when the plants had reached the three-leaf stage, drought stress was simulated using PEG 6000. The plants were subjected to treatments of 0, 0.5, and 2 hours of drought stress. After the treatments, roots and leaves were harvested and RNA was extracted for transcriptomic sequencing. The leaves and roots under the three treatments were denoted as L-T0, L-T1, L-T2, R-T0, R-T1, R-T2, respectively. Each sample had three biological replicates.
