Data and code for the merged twelve-dataset campaign behind "Magnetic charge, not flux, prices an interface between internal quantum dimensions" (R. Tata, submitted to Quantum Science and Technology). Twelve hardware datasets on three IBM Heron processors, 665 quantum-processor seconds, all on the IBM Quantum open plan with no mitigation beyond dynamical decoupling and randomized compiling. Nine datasets test the two pure-dimension laws; three test the three interface branches. Two of the twelve carry numeric acceptance bands declared in writing before the jobs were submitted, and all sixteen gating conditions passed. Read MANIFEST_v5.md first. It maps every deposited file to the manuscript claim, table, figure or appendix it supports, records which files supersede earlier copies, and lists what a later version must add once the pending thirteenth dataset completes. Version 5 contents: Hardware. Datasets 1-9 (pure-dimension campaign: two-law core, self-test, bias convergence, reproduction, mitigated rerun, embedded flux sweep, pentagonator shell, Z3 chain, three-part control) as individual scripts and result files; and datasets 10-12, the interface campaign: the flux sieve (job d9cluk1htsac739bud70, 312 circuits, 45 s), the wall charge (job d9h7cc3sbqfc73epm72g, 316 circuits, 51 s) and the gcd mixture (job d9het3chonhs73acuo9g, 346 circuits, 59 s). Pre-declaration artifacts. The rehearsal outputs carrying the two sets of pre-declared acceptance bands with their UTC declaration timestamps (results_81_wall_charge_vet.json, results_84_mixture_vet.json), the corresponding job metadata, and TIMESTAMP_CLARIFICATION.md, which resolves the local-clock submission stamps against the UTC declaration stamps and shows declaration preceding submission in both cases. Raw measurement data. Raw per-circuit counts for the two pre-declared jobs; per-circuit outcome frequencies (results_75_p0.json) for the flux-sieve job, whose raw counts were not retained. Certificates and searches. The proof certificates and exhaustive searches behind Appendices A and B and SI S1: symbolic reductions, LP and MILP certificates, the Tietze-elimination prover, the type-III decision chain, and the H4 shell and witness code, each with its output file. Theory-support numerics. The coexistence-lemma grid, the reachability scans, the shift-ladder construction (worst summed face deficit 6.77e-16) and the one-wall-per-value saturation. Manuscript build. The article and Supplementary Information LaTeX sources, the IOP class files, all five figures with their generating scripts, and the compiled qst_main.pdf and qst_SI.pdf (S1-S9), so the PDFs rebuild from the deposit alone. Integrity. MANIFEST_v5.sha256, a SHA-256 of every file in this version. Relation to v1-v4. Those versions accompanied the earlier and now superseded manuscript "Dirac's monopole argument becomes tested laws of dimension". Their files are carried forward unchanged, with one exception: 73_wall_construction.py is updated to the version that writes results_73_wall_construction.json. SI.pdf is the superseded Supplementary Information of that earlier manuscript; the current one is qst_SI.pdf. Where a file appears both flat here and inside zenodo_deposit.tar.gz, the flat copy is authoritative for this version; MANIFEST_v5.md names the five superseded archive members. Version numbering. The previous published version is v4. A v5 file set was staged locally in July 2026 but never published, so the label v5 was free and is used here; the public version sequence stays continuous and no version number is skipped. Pending thirteenth dataset. A wall-staircase job (d9lp6nrjf64c739jrt20, ibm_kingston, 620 circuits, bands declared before submission) was in flight when this version was assembled. No staircase file is included. MANIFEST_v5.md lists exactly what a later version must add once it completes. Manuscript identifier. The manuscript has no DOI or preprint identifier yet. A related identifier (isSupplementTo) pointing at it should be added to this record's metadata once one exists.
