Supplementary Material 4. Table S2. Differentially expressed genes in the SCO HH23 vs SCO HH30. List of DEGs of the SCO at stage HH30 in comparison with HH23. We found 801 DEGs, with 577 downregulated genes (Table S2A) and 224 upregulated genes (Table S2B) in the SCO at HH30. Analysis was performed using the Deseq2 package in R [84].
