资源简介:
The goal of this study is to evaluate the effects of probiotic supplementation, including Lactobacillus plantarum LC5.2, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NL1.2, Saccharomyces cerevisiae YH14, and their multi-strain combination, on gut microbial diversity in specific-pathogen-free (SPF) male Mus musculus (ICR) mice. The study focuses on changes in microbial composition, potential benefits to gut health, and the protective efficacy of single-strain and multi-strain probiotics against Salmonella Typhimurium infection.Mice were administered probiotics sourced from native swine feces for 30 days. Fecal samples were collected from the colon to analyze microbiota changes following probiotic treatment. The findings aim to highlight the role of these probiotics in modulating gut health and providing protection against pathogenic infections.
