GeeMELD is an integrative pipeline for G-quadruplex (G4) DNA structure prediction that combines circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy with topology-derived pairing rules and Bayesian molecular dynamics simulations via MELD.G-quadruplexes are non-canonical DNA structures formed by stacking planar G-tetrads (four guanines connected by Hoogsteen hydrogen bonds). They adopt three principal topologies — parallel, antiparallel, and hybrid. However, accurate computational prediction of G4 structure has been limited.This Zenodo repository contains the MELD trajectories of the five lowest replicas and their clustering results.
