"T3C1.xlsx" refers to oxygen data for trial 3, chamber 1, for example (a single fish). "T3T123.xlsx" refers to "trial 3 temperature data for chambers 1, 2, and 3". The associated R script, "Bihun_respirometry_processing.R" is built to process these files and extract metabolic rates from the experiment. "Bihun_respirometry_analysis" conducts final analyses and makes comparisons between control and treatment groups. Plots for each individual fish in the study are included in the "Trial plots" folder, showing the postprandial rise in metabolism following the ingestion of a meal.
