资源简介:

The experiment aimed to confirm that, when measuring chlorophyll fluorescence induction (CFI) of coffee leaves, 3 minutes of dark adaptation is enough, provided that the leaves were transferred to shade 30 minutes before measurement. Measurements were carried out using the fluorometer “Floratest” developed at the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Coffee leaves (6 leaves) were detached from the tree and measured immediately with dark adaptation periods of 3 minutes and 15 minutes minutes (prior to this, the leaves were placed in the shade 30 minutes before measurement). Subsequently, they were measured daily until the disappearance of variable fluorescence (11 days). In this way, the changes of CFI during the dehydration process of coffee leaves were also studied. Additionally, air temperature, air humidity, and leaf weight were recorded during each CFI measurement. Measurements with 3-minute dark adaptation are contained in the file datasetFloratestCoffeeTad3m.csv. Measurements with 15-minute dark adaptation are contained in the file datasetFloratestCoffeeTad15m.csv.
