资源简介:

Information about the 792,786 precipitation storm time series extracted and analyzed in Papacharalampous et al. (2025) is provided in two separate files: 1) The "labelled_storm_series.csv" file, which includes the precipitation storm series (values in mm, stored as comma‑separated strings) without timestamps and location information. Each row contains a storm identifier, the temporal resolution ("min10" or "min12"), the storm type ("major1", "major2", "moderate", "minor1", or "minor2"), and the corresponding series. 2) The "storm_metadata.csv" file, which provides the geographical location of each storm (longitude and latitude, rounded to three decimal places), the initiation and termination timestamps, the storm features that drove the proposed typology on an algorithmic basis (maximum intensity, total volume, total duration and coefficient of variation), and the storm type. The two sets of information use different storm identifiers; thus, they are not linkable.
