This dataset belongs to a study in which we functionally dissect the cis-acting enhancer network and spatiotemporal transcriptional mechanisms that regulate WNT4 expression in the mouse mammary gland and the human breast. As part of these efforts, we performed transcriptional profiling of BC44 and HC11, which differentially express Wnt4. This bulk RNAseq dataset also includes a third mouse mammary epithelial cell line, C57MG and should serve as a reference atlas for differential gene expression between these three cell lines. Bulk RNA sequencing of untreated BC44, HC11 and C57MG mouse mammary epithelial cell lines.
