资源简介:
This research focuses on exploring the diagnostic potential of sialylated exosomal miRNA in patients with lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Exosomes, which are tiny vesicles released by cells, play a crucial role in cell communication and carry various biomolecules, including miRNAs. Sialylation, a specific modification of these exosomes, may influence their biological functions and their involvement in cancer progression. In this study, we aim to investigate whether sialylated exosomal miRNAs can serve as reliable biomarkers for the detection and diagnosis of LUAD. By analyzing the levels and patterns of these modified miRNAs in patient samples, we hope to identify key indicators that differentiate LUAD patients from both healthy individuals and those with benign pulmonary nodules (BPN). This could potentially lead to more accurate and non-invasive diagnostic methods. This research could pave the way for improved detection strategies, contributing to better outcomes and treatment options for those affected by lung adenocarcinoma.
