Supporting data for "Understanding the principles and mechanisms undermining microbial dynamics in changing environments"

The folder contains datasets from my PhD thesis work. The datasets were grouped based on the thesis chapters. Folder Chapter2_datasets was from chapter working on bacterial responses to nitrogen availability. Folder Chapter3_datasets was from chapter working on bacterial responses to novel and challenging environmental condition (Salinity) Folder Chapter4_datasets was from chapter working on temporal dynamics in the host's biochemical profile and its associated microbiome Folder Chapter5_datasets was from chapter investigating the various factors shaping the different mollusc-associated microbiome.
