Willingness of consumers to pay more for sustainable food and drinks Australia 2021

In a survey conducted among Australian consumers in July 2021, around 38 percent of those surveyed were willing to pay 10 percent more for sustainable food and drinks in comparison to regular food and drink products. In comparison, only six percent of respondents were willing to pay 50 percent more.
