The Digital Chain Group Dataset for Pollution Discharge Permit in Nickel Smelting Industry is a collection of simulated filling documents for pollution discharge permits in the nickel smelting industry, formulated per the technical specifications for nickel smelting industry pollution discharge permits. It comprises two subsets: correctly simulated filling records and incorrectly simulated filling records for the nickel smelting industry. The dataset primarily includes documents such as basic enterprise information, production units, names of production facilities and processes for production lines, names of pollution-generating links, and permitted emission limits. After undergoing data cleaning and annotation, this dataset is utilized for training intelligent algorithm models, which can rapidly identify incorrect links in users' permit filling submissions. For correctly filled permit applications, the model must output 0 errors to achieve the recognition target. The work efficiency is increased by 1000% to 1500% compared to manual operations. Moreover, it can serve as a standard filling template as a supplementary document to national regulatory guidelines. This dataset is applied in the *Intelligent Information Management System for Pollution Discharge Permit* and the *Comprehensive Enterprise Environmental Digital Management System*, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of pollution discharge permit issuance work for ecological environment bureaus, as well as enhancing the execution quality and filling efficiency of enterprises' pollution discharge permits.
