Threshold response of arbuscular mycorrhizal mycelial respiration to a nitrogen addition gradient in an alpine grassland

The raw data, mean value and standard error of all indicators under six levels of N additions treatments are given in the dataset, and the data provided can be directly used for mapping and analysis of variance.In every sheet, 0 g N m-2 year-1 (N0, control), 2 g N m-2 year-1 (N2), 4 g N m-2 year-1 (N4), 8 g N m-2 year-1 (N8), 16 g N m-2 year-1 (N16), 32 g N m-2 year-1 (N32). Mean indicates mean value, SE means standard error.datasets included:1) Soil factors: the mean value and standard error of TC, TN, TP, pH, Moisture, Temperate, soil inorganic N, MBC and MBN. 2)Plant factors: the mean value and standard error of plant richness coverage, aboveground and belowground biomass. 3)AMF factors: the mean value and standard error of AMF biomass, richness and Shannon diversity. 4)Raw data: the raw data for all indicators in the article. These raw data are used to evaluate the relationships between various variables.
