The heterogeneity of smooth muscle cells in aortic dissection was determined by single-cell sequencing Overall design: We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on apoE mice after infused for 7 days with angiotensin II(Ang II )(2500ng/kg/min)or saline. Aortas(4 aortas in control group were pooled together as one sample and 3 aortas in experimental group were pooled together as another sample respectively) were collected 7 days after AD induction and processed for sequencing. These data provide high-resolution insight into the complexity and heterogeneity of vascular smooth muscle cell.
