Proteo Dataset (2026) for an study in One-Sided communications with MPI and malleability

This dataset contains the raw and processed data resulting from a study on One-Sided communications with MPI and malleability. Specifically, it supports the analysis presented for an emulated application using the Proteo framework, with a focus on the Conjugate Gradient (CG) method. The emulation is performed with three problem sizes for the execution, small (10GB), medium (64GB) and large (80GB). The dataset is organized into three directories, each corresponding to a different stage in the data pipeline: Raw Data: This directory contains the unprocessed output from the experiments. These files can be analyzed or transformed using the tools provided in the companion repository (linked in the upload), which includes detailed instructions for processing. Processed Data: This folder includes the datasets derived from the raw data. Each dataset is accompanied by a description file that explains its structure and purpose. For further processing or analysis, users are again referred to the repository, which outlines the methodology used in the study. Graphs and Results: This final directory contains visualizations (graphs) that represent the outcomes of the study. These figures were generated using the processed datasets and illustrate the effects and behaviors observed during dynamic resizing with One-Sided communication. This dataset is intended to support replication, further analysis, or methodological adaptation for related research in high-performance computing and dynamic resources.
