Impact of RXEG1 mutations in Nicotiana benthamiana response to XEG1

To investigate whether the key residues in RXEG1 determines it function in XEG1 recogntion, we make mutations on these residues and generated stable transformants expressing RXEG1 mutants dirven by the native promoter in rxeg1 knockout mutants. We then treated these mutants using XEG1 and mock, and compare expression of responsive genes in wild typle N. benthamiana and different mutants.
