Several genes were indicated as genes strongly affected by FGFRL1-deficiency, through expression profiling of a total of 25,000 genes in 2 wild type KYSE520 human oesphageal squamous cell carcinoma cells and 2 FGFRL1-deficient kYSE520 cells Two FGFRL1-deficient KYSE 520 cell lines, clone No. 15 and No. 21, were established from KYSE520 human oesphageal squamous cell carcinoma cells with the CRISPR-Cas9 method. As control, a cell line of which FGFRL1 gene was intact, clone No. 1, was also established from KYSE520 cells treated with CRISPR-Cas9 method
