Restricted access data for NICU Ototoxicity Repository

This dataset includes all variables from the NICU Ototoxicity study available through restricted release of the data. To request access to the dataset, you must fill out the included Restricted Access Request form and submit along with the requested information to Angela Garinis ([e-mail]) and Peter Steyger ([e-mail]). Access to the data will be granted upon approval of this form.
