Molecular analysis of ERG11 gene.

In our locality, there are limited studies for detection of ERG11 gene mutations in azoles resistant Candida isolates. Therefore, the aim of this study was molecular analysis of ERG11 gene in azole-resistant Candida species isolated from immunocompromised patients to detect mutations in this gene that could be associated with azoles resistance.
