The goal was to assess the impact of antibiotic treament and Candida albicans infection on C57BL/6 mouse bacterial composition. Mice were infected with Candida albicans (day 0) and fecal pellets were collected before (day -1) and after infection (day 3 and day 7) to assess changes in microbiota over time.
