Trypanosoma brucei Lister 427 (2018 genome) SLASs and PASs

Spliced leader acceptor sites (SLASs) and polyadenylation sites (PASs) for Trypanosoma brucei Lister 427. These are the sites used for analysis of transcript changes following perturbation of ESB1 as described in López-Escobar et al. 2022 (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41564-022-01175-z), and are for the Trypanosoma brucei Lister 427 2018 genome resequence by Müller et al. (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-018-0619-8). sites.SLAS.bed is a bed file for the SLAS positions, sites.PAS.bed for PAS positions, and transcripts.fa is the the corresponding transcripts with a 5' UTR when a SLAS was identified, 3' UTR when a PAS was identified, both when both sites were identified, and only the predicted CDS (as from Müller et al. 2018) otherwise.
