Canopies cover some of the rectangular windows, while a small tower with an American flag on top can be seen on the roof of the building. Palms and other trees line the sidewalk, while a bicycle can be seen at left leaning against a street sign. Part of a street sign at right reads, "Brons[...]". The building is still there (August 2014). Built in 1925, designed by Edward B. Rust and Luther Mayo. It is LA Historic Cultural Monument #311 and is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
