Cell-type specific vulnerability to Alzheimer's neurodegeneration in a subcortical limbic circuit node

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze subtypes of mammillary body neurons from WT mouse and from 5XFAD and WT littermates. Overall design: Mammillary body neurons were isolated from the mouse using Miltenyi cell dissociation kit and prepared for 10X Chromium Controller (10X Genomics) according to the manuscaturer's instructions.
