Data are presented as mean±standard deviation. IFN-γ response of nil indicates IFN-γ in plasma from unstimulated blood. IFN-γ response of TB antigen and mitogen are calculated IFN-γ in plasma from TB peptide stimulated minus nil and plasma from PHA stimulated minus nil, respectively.
