Experimental and numerical dataset for the thesis titled "Engineering Noise-Resilient Superconducting Qubits: Fabrication and control of fluxonium and cos(2φ) systems". The dataset includes measurement data and fabrication characterisation results acquired across multiple cooldowns and device generations during the course of the PhD project. The data covers four main chapters addressed in the thesis: (1)Processes in nanofabrication and data (2) microwave characterisation of superconducting CPW resonators fabricated from different material systems (NbTiN, tantalum, and aluminium-capped niobium) on silicon and sapphire substrates, including internal quality factor measurements; (3) Characterisation of the junctions and data for the junctions (4) preliminary characterisation data from cos(2φ) qubit implementations, including gatemon spectroscopy and time-domain measurements. Numerical simulations used to support the experimental results and account for system uncertainties are also included. The dataset is organised into folders labelled by chapter with data required for plots in the chapter and the scripts to analyse the data. Usage of script has been refrenced at the end of the chapters.
