3 tables with compiled raw data from measurements of chemical composition by spectroscopic methods on casted testing specimens; from coupons melting trials after different cutting strategies. Coated, decoated and uncoated samples tested. Remelting tests data including metal yield are also included.
- Table with POST-SCRAP DATA of remelting tests of different cutting strategies (Uncoated coupons):
- 0C cutting strategy: Transversal cut for size reduction
- 1C cutting strategy: Stringer was separated from the weld seam+skin
- 2C cutting strategy: Skin was separated from the weld seam+skin
- 3C cutting strategy: Skin and stringer were separated from the weld seam
- Table with remelt results of uncoat, decoat and coated samples. Decoated samples with Corumdum blasting
- Table of remelt results of full validation tests performed with R1S2 coupon. That means R1 coupon coated with sol-gel coating+ primer+top coat
