Pedigree T2T Human Genome Assemblies

This dataset contains the phased telomere-to-telomere (T2T) genome assemblies used for the pedigree samples analyzed in our study. These assemblies were derived from the previously generated version 1.0 assemblies. For PAN010, PAN011, and PAN028, the original haplotype labels (hap1 and hap2) were assigned to maternal and paternal haplotypes based on parent-of-origin-specific DNA methylation patterns at imprinted regions. For PAN028, the parental assignment was independently supported by both imprinting-associated methylation patterns and genetic variant-based analysis.
