In a randomized crossover trial, 31 women with overweight or obesity followed a two-week early time-restricted eating (eTRE) and a two-week late time-restricted eating (lTRE) in an intended isocaloric setting. Fasting blood plasma samples were collected before and after each intervention and analysed by a shotgun lipidomics.
