Digital Archive from a Magnetometry Survey at East Woodhay, Hampshire, April 2024

This collection consists of images, a report, GIS and geophysics data from a magnetometer survey by Stantec UK Ltd. Work occurred along the route of a proposed pipeline connecting Beacon Hill Water Service Reservoir with East Woodhay Water Supply Works in April 2024. The survey was conducted successfully and mainly identified ferrous and geological anomalies throughout the survey area which are not of archaeological interest. Whilst the lack of archaeological features in the geophysical survey data could indicate a low archaeological potential it does not necessarily mean that is the case. Further archaeological investigations will need to be carried out to test the results of this survey.
