Gene expression profiling of immune cells at the single-cell level from livers of URI and glutamine synthetase knockout mice

We used single-cell RNA sequencing (sc-RNAseq) to examine the diversity and potential function of CD45+ immune cells from URI and glutamine synthetase knockout mouse livers along with their littermate controls. Overall design: CD45+ inmmune liver cells isolated by FACSARIA (30M) and processed for scRNA sequencing as described in other protocols
