Multivariate analysis of the major risk factors for SAH.

Hazard ratios for all significant risk factors in the univariate analysis are presented, and the analysis includes FINRISK cohorts from 1982 to 2007 (Number of SAH cases with no missing covariate data = 145). There were no subjects who reported occasional smoking in this analysis (nc = no cases), as they were few in overall number in the study. Overall analysis adjusted for age, sex and all covariates in the table. The results for women and men are derived from separate multivariate analyses in women and men. 95% confidence intervals (CI).*P†P
