Metagenomic analysis of the bacterial communities of the maize rhizosphere and the impact of the inoculation of different nitrogen doses and different bacterial isolates

The objective of the study it’s analyze the bacterial communities from Southern Brazil present in the maize rhizosphere of sequences that were sequenced using the 16S rRNA marker gene and evaluate the impact of the inoculation of different doses of nitrogen and different bacteria.
