training and test dataset for P2D surrogate

Training data 1, training and test data 2 are the outputs of a standard P2D model under time-variant discharge current and operation temperature, which are partly used to train a MLP algorithm and the rest are used for test. The min max scale file is used to rescale all of the outputs to range 0-1. The constant discharge test data is used for an extra test to show the surrogate's performance on constant current dischrage at different temperature.
