资源简介:
Cytoskeleton rearrangement by Salmonella Typhimurium wild type, lon mutant and lon complemented strains upon entry into the host cell, as investigated on HeLa and HepG2 cells under different stress conditions. Figures demonstrate changes in host cytoskeleton mediated by the trigger and zipper mechanisms in HeLa and HepG2 cells respectively. However, the deletion of lon gene did not cause significant changes in the host cytoskeleton as compared to the wild type and lon complemented strain, even though the strain was hyper-invasive due to lon deletion. Images demonstrate merged images taken by observing cells under a fluorescence microscope after staining with Phalloidin (actin filament stain) and DAPI (nuclear stain).
