Trial reads from ocular swabs and cultures in human and mice, method paper and microbial community standards

Sequencing reads from trials used for the publication of the kit comparison method paper and the first mouse experiments (29.03.2021 - 16.09.2021). All reads that are used in the Method Paper about extraction kit, sampling and analysis differences. All reads that were generated by the extraction and sequencing of microbial community standards (Zymo D6300). Samples were collected with ocular surface swabs, dissected conjunctivae, cultures on agar plates and liquid growth medium from differently colonized mice and healthy humans. All reads were sequenced using whole-genome metagenomic shotgun sequencing.
