Districts are a subset of each planning area and are defined through district regulations. The intent of the DMP urban regulations is to create a sustainable downtown with an enhanced quality of life by creating a zoning code which is reflective of the downtown's 13 districts and their different characteristics. Polygon features of the DMP districts being Brelsford Park District, Cityplace, Clearlake District, Clematis Waterfront District, Cultural Arts District, Flagler Waterfront District, Loftin District, Nora District, Northwest Neighborhood District, Okeechobee Business, District, Providencia Park District, Quadrille Business District, Quadrille Garden District, Transit-Oriented District, within the Downtown Master Plan.
