资源简介:
Climate change is currently associated with an increased rate of global warming, that could have major impact on intertidal habitats in the near future. These habitats host organisms of ecologically and economically relevance such as the mediterranean Mytilus galloprovincialis. Thus, in this trial, we evaluated the transcriptomic response of the gills from the mussel M. galloprovincialis facing a temperature gradient (16, 22 and 28 Celsius degree), using Illumina NovaSeq Stranded Total RNA Library Construction with Ribo-Zero Gold Human/Mouse/Rat + NovaSeq 6000. This project will give new Insights on the main Differentially Expressed Genes associated with the temperature rising in this species.
