Session notes: Tilt series of intact R. eutropha cells from for 9hrs in minimal media. Tilt series notes: Two small apparently fully divided cells with a large granule in each. Tomogram notes: Two cells intact, division almost complete (slight membrane fusion can be seen?), three large granules can be seen in the two cells. Reconstructed by Wesley.
