In this study has been carried out an integrative metabolomic and transcriptomic analysis of tumoral and non-tumoral bladder tissues using exactly the same samples to determine the possible links between metabolism and gene expression in this tumoral context. Overall design: Gene expression was compared among bladder cancer tissues and non-tumoral tissues.
