RNA-seq of human dendritic cells cultured with PSAB-liposomes and/or Liraglutide

RNA-seq data of monocyte-derived human Dendritic cells (huDCs) cultured with PSAB-liposomes and/or Liraglutide Monocytes were in-vitro isolated from human PBMCs and then differentiatied into Dendritic Cells. DCs were co-cultured with PBS, Liraglutide, PSAB-liposomes or PSAB-liposomes + Liraglutide during 4h. Cells from four different individuals following the four treatment regimes were analyzed. Illumina based massively parallel sequencing of polyA+ RNA was perfomed on a total 16 samples, and differential mRNA expression between all conditions was assessed controlling for interindividual variation.
