Variation of salivary bacterial community across time and geolocations

The variation of salivary bacterial community composition across time and geolocation and the geography-related characteristic need to be explored for forensic application. The sample collection was designed to be carried out during the winter vacation across about five weeks and seven geographic locations in this study. The high throughput sequencing was performed with the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene to explore the salivary bacterial community composition.
