Integration of fecal-mucosal bacteria assemblages and clinical traits discovered key taxa involved in Crohn's disease

Crohn's disease is currently a global health concern due to its high incidence worldwide, while no effective biomarkers have been identified for the early diagnosis and its pathology has not been fully understood. Here, samples from the feces and gut mucosa were collected from CD patients or healthy controls, bioinformatic analysis were performed to integrate the microbiota assemblage patterns and clinical traits to explore key taxa groups relevant to clinic.
