Data_simulation The Excel file contains three sheets: (1) input parameters for the stochastic simulations, (2) output from all simulation iterations, and (3) the final table used to produce Figure 4 in the manuscript. R_simulation_model The simulation model in R used to generate the data in Data_simulation.xlsx and to produce Figure 4 in the manuscript.
