The dataset has been constructed to facilitate a methodical review in the research paper on the theme: Promoting Physical Activity and Social Engagement in Older Adults Through Virtual Reality (VR) technology. This research aims to systematically analyze and understand how interventions using VR can promote physical activity and enhance social engagement among older adults. The dataset therefore, serves as a foundational resource for evaluating the efficacy, safety, and user experiences associated with various VR-based interventions targeted at older populations.
